Shep Griswold has been in Real Estate for over six years, which came after he had a long corporate career in sales and investment banking. He has empathy for helping clients through what can sometimes be both a difficult and stressful financial transaction. He is very passionate about the future of home building, and particularly Green building design. Shep has lived in the Pacific Northwest for most of his life, he has been married for 38 years, has three children, and two grandchildren. All currently live in the Puget Sound area. 

Shep loves being outdoors more than anything. He has spent the last 20+ years in the northwest volunteering for organizations like Washington Trails Association, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Puget Sound, Habitat for Humanity, and as a steward for 5 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail (PCTA). Currently he is on the board of directors for Discover Your Northwest, and is a Steward in North Kitsap Heritage Park.
