Life Before Real Estate

I am most proud of my accomplishment just before entering real estate. I helped to found an organization called Washington Water Trails Assoc. and with WA State Parks as our main partner, we created the “Cascadia Marine Trail”. We call it a “water trail” ~ it is a series of campsites for small boats (kayaks, canoes, and small wind powered vessels) throughout Puget Sound connecting Olympia to the San Juan Islands at the Canadian border. We even added “Bed & Breakfast” partners ~ those inns that would pick up boaters at the water’s edge for an overnight stay. The Cascadia Marine Trail was recently honored as a US Centennial Trail, and I was given the award of “National Conservation Hero”! The greatest perc is that I am frequently sponsored by the National Park Service as a traveling consultant to fledgling groups throughout the US and Canada who are working to start their own trail. I’ve traveled to the Outer Banks of the Carolinas, Chesapeake Bay, Lake Champlain, the Mackinaw Straits of Michigan & Canada in the Great Lakes, and most recently to San Francisco Bay. My reward is knowing that I have a legacy for my lifetime!

Life at Home

My husband, Earl, and I live in a log home named Rivendell (our place of peace and rest!) with our two dogs, Oscar & Denali ~ the two cutest puppies ever! I love gardening and Earl loves wood working, so on days off, you’ll find us at home ~ indulging. Fun with Real Estate

Fun With Real Estate

Most of all, I like having fun with my clients! Real estate ~ whether buying or selling ~ is an important move for any family ~ but it needs to be fun too ~ to counteract the stress! I’m a great storyteller and often use stories to illustrate the points of real estate ~ and answering questions is a favorite pasttime of mine. So, ask away! ~ I’d really love to help you!
